This Returns & Refund Policy governs the return, exchange, and refund process for products purchased from Webloaded Solutions Private Limited ("Webloaded," "we," "us," or "our") via the website https://webloaded.com ("the Site").

* Any product that directs you to Amazon.in for checkout is sold, shipped, and fulfilled solely by Amazon or its authorized sellers. WebLoaded.com IS NOT THE SELLER OF RECORD, and therefore we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for these items. All customer service, delivery, and refund requests for Amazon purchases must be directed to Amazon Customer Service.

1. Return Eligibility Window For Products Sold By Webloaded.com

You may be eligible to return your product(s) if the request is initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Condition for Return Eligibility
Product is Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Eligible. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Product is in Unused/Original Condition Eligible (subject to item-specific exceptions below).
Change of Mind Generally Not Eligible. Returns are typically only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all protective material, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery):

  • Digital products and software licenses.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personal care, health, and hygiene products that have been opened or used (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, innerwear).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your request, provide your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (including photographic evidence for damaged/defective items).

  3. Approval and Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your shipping address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: For locations where reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item yourself. In such cases, we will reimburse the standard courier charges upon successful receipt and inspection.


 

5. Refunds and Processing

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If the item does not pass inspection (e.g., if it is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error), the refund will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Important Shipping Note

While Webloaded is the Seller of Record and manages all customer service and refund processes, please note that products may be shipped directly from our vendor/supplier warehouses across India. This internal process does not affect your right to return the product as detailed in this policy. All communication regarding returns, refunds, and replacements should be directed only to Webloaded Customer Support.

7. Exchanges

We generally process returns for a refund. If you require a different size or colour of the same product, please place a new order for the desired item after your refund for the returned item has been processed. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
