Nature of Sale: All products and services listed on the Site are presented and sold by Webloaded to you, the customer. We act as the Seller of Record for all transactions (excluding all Amazon products).

Shipping: Shipping and delivery are facilitated by third-party logistics partners. The delivery times provided are estimates only. Webloaded is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Webloaded pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Policy: Our Returns and Refund Policy is incorporated into these T&Cs.
General Condition: Products must be returned in the original condition they were received, with all tags and original packaging.
Procedure: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
